2 year full warranty

KiteX warrants to the original purchaser of the KiteX Wind Catcher (the "Wind Catcher") that the Wind Catcher will be free from defects in factory supplied materials and factory workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

This warranty covers all parts of the Wind Catcher or related products sold from KiteX. To make a warranty claim, please contact KiteX Customer Support at info@kitex.tech. You must provide a description of the defect, the serial number of the Wind Catcher, and the date of purchase. KiteX will inspect the Wind Catcher and, if it is determined to be covered by the warranty, will repair or replace the defective part at no charge to you.

This warranty is void if:

• The Wind Catcher is not installed and operated in accordance with the KiteX Installation and Operating Manual.
• The Wind Catcher is not properly maintained.
• The Wind Catcher is modified or repaired by anyone other than a KiteX authorized service provider.

KiteX reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time.
