At Kitex.tech, we are so confident that you will love our wind catcher that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return your wind catcher, please follow these steps:
- Package your wind catcher securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Write "Return for Refund" on the outside of the package.
- Ship your wind catcher to the following address:

Once we receive your returned wind catcher, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned wind catchers and other products must be in working condition.
- We do not accept returns on damaged or defective products.

For items sold with the same terms as our Kickstarter Rewards (In Demand + Add-ons. This will be clearly labeled on the product page.
We do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. However, if there are any defects or if Wind Catcher breaks down in the first year, we're more than able to speak with you directly to help find a solution. We are committed to have as great a customer services as possible. We want to grow Wind Catcher into a platform for mobile turbines, and in order to do so we need our users to be satisfied.
The turbine comes with a small kit of spares and consumables where it might be needed.
As for a legal warranty we must refer to the Kickstarter FAQ section: "Kickstarter is not a store. When you back a project, you’re helping to create something new — not ordering something that already exists." These rewards are referred to as gifts because they are given to backers to show the appreciation we have for them and the support they have given us. This business model has allowed our company to exist and we couldn't be more grateful to the entire community. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and continued support. If you no longer get value from your Kickstarter reward, here are some things you can do that support the crowdfunding community:
- Give your reward to a friend or a local community. Even if the product doesn’t work for you, it might be a perfect fit for someone else. We’d love to see our turbine being used and your friend will appreciate the gift.
- Sell your reward. All of our products were launched on Kickstarter at below retail price. You can likely sell yours used and recoup much if not all of your pledge through Ebay or other services.
- Give the product another try. Getting setup and everything just working can be tricky, and while we’ve done our best to make our products as intuitive as possible, they still take some learning and experimentation to use. Give yourself time to experiment with the product that you helped build.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
