When can I expect to receive my wind turbine?

By pre-ordering as one of the first, you can expect to have the wind turbine installed by 2026. We will contact you when we are ready to deliver and install the wind turbine at your location.

What if I change my mind about my pre-order?

Simply contact us, and we will refund your entire deposit to the account of your choice.

Why are there two version?

In order to conform with Northern Germany height limits KiteX have made a 9.5 m hub height version. This ensures easy approvals for our German customers in this region.

Can I get a wind turbine for my residential neighborhood / urban area?

No, unfortunately. Permits for installing wind turbines of this size are very rarely granted in urban or holiday home areas, so we can only accept pre-orders if the address is located in a rural zone.

I already have a solar panel system. Can the wind turbine work together with it?

Yes. Depending on your solution, you can either connect our standard inverter to your installation or upgrade to a larger inverter that can support your existing system as well as the TWT-11. This will be worked on in the installation design phase.

Who takes care of the permits?

KiteX handles all communication with the relevant authorities regarding the application for installation, as well as registration with the Energy Agency and the electricity company. KiteX will also pay all associated fees. It is necessary for us to gather various information about the property, so it is essential that the customer assists with this.

TWT-11 is designed for maximizing production at typical rural installation sites. Its unusual large swept area and smart control systems enable meaningful production at most sites.
