KiteX is at the final stage of securing a full type certificate for the TWT-11. 2027 production is sold out, and we are raising new capital to scale production to meet demand.
Intellectual property
KiteX has developed all core technologies in-house, from embedded systems design to blade manufacturing, and secured two high-value patents in the process.
Previous funding
The TWT-11 project started with a 9.9 million DKK EUDP grant and 5 million DKK in private capital to design and develop the concept. The first customer turbines are delivered in 2027, and 2028 has a waitlist.
Market outlook
Over 40,000 verified sites in Denmark alone. Beyond Denmark we have identified approximately 25 million potential customer sites, many of which would benefit from more than one TWT-11.
I started the company to bring affordable, year-round reliable energy to farms and countryside homes, and the TWT-11 does just that.
