The TWT-11 on the cover of Ny Teknik's small-scale power compendium

Shortly after Ingeniøren's visit to DTU Risø, the TWT-11 has crossed the Øresund. Ny Teknik, Sweden's engineering and technology weekly, has published an Insight compendium on producing your own electricity at small scale, and the TWT-11 test turbine at DTU Risø is on the cover.

The compendium is called "Egen småskalig el", in English "your own small-scale electricity". According to Ny Teknik's own description it has three parts: rooftop wind turbines being tested on farms, roofs with integrated solar cells, and a piece on what they call "a new modern version of the gårdsverk", the stand-alone farmyard turbine. That chapter is titled "Vindkraftverket väger 350 kg" (The wind turbine weighs 350 kg), which is the weight of the complete TWT-11, generator included.
